Task Floor

Terms of use

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Task Floor: this site, the Task Floor software, and any Task Floor hub you sign in to. By using them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Task Floor is operated by Digital Flow Pte. Ltd., UEN 202350828Z, 68 Circular Road, Singapore 049422. Questions: [email protected].

Early access

Task Floor is in early access and free while it is. Features can change or stop, and we may limit who can use it. If we start charging, we will tell you first; nothing is charged without your agreement.

Your subscriptions and your work

Task Floor runs Claude Code and Codex on your own computers with your own subscriptions. You remain bound by Anthropic's and OpenAI's terms for those plans, and you are responsible for using them within those terms. Task Floor is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. Your code and the work the agents produce are yours; we claim no rights in them.

Agents can make mistakes. Review what they change before you rely on it, especially before it reaches production, money or other people.

Accounts and teams

A team's owner invites people to their hub and decides their rights; the owner can change or remove them at any time. Keep your sign-in methods to yourself and tell the team's owner if you think someone else used them. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Task Floor to break the law, to attack or overload systems you are not allowed to test, to get around a provider's limits or terms, or to access other people's accounts, data or computers without their permission.

No warranty

Task Floor is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any subscription limit, model or provider will remain available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for anything related to Task Floor is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during free early access, is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Task Floor at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, except where local law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so here and, if you have an account, tell you before it takes effect.
